About me

I’m Cedric, a System Engineer at Swiss Post Cybersecurity in Aarau. I build and operate Kubernetes platforms with a focus on GitOps, automation and observability. I’m a Certified Kubernetes Administrator, and I learned the trade in a four-year apprenticeship in which I was already working on production infrastructure. System Engineer
Swiss Post Cybersecurity AG, Aarau · Aug 2025 – present

  • Operating and developing a production certificate lifecycle management platform (EverTrust Horizon & Stream) on Kubernetes, deployed via GitOps with ArgoCD across UAT and production clusters
  • Implemented monitoring and backup for the platform with Prometheus, Grafana and Tenzir
  • Built a Helm chart for the MongoDB Kubernetes Operator, with TLS via cert-manager and secret management through External Secrets Operator and HashiCorp Vault
  • Building an Azure Virtual Desktop environment (Entra ID joined, ~30 users) managed as code with Terraform (ongoing)
  • Migrated 100 macOS devices from ManageEngine to Microsoft Intune and onboarded the clients of both predecessor companies into the shared Microsoft tenant after the merger
